Our Management team is headed by Toviyah Stamelman

Toviyah is a qualified Master Practitioner in Real Estate and a Qualified Licensed Real Estate practitioner in Israel with 25 years’ experience in real estate and services industry. He is a multi-award-winning realtor and business owner, He is responsible for the overall business including sustainable growth and development. With a large network and ability to put deals together and connect people and opportunities, Toviyah is passionate about people and property, and works with absolute integrity, honesty and reliability. He goes well beyond the call of duty when assisting and advising clients, and gives generously of himself, his time, knowledge and experience when dealing with his clients.

Shirley Stamelman has been involved in growing businesses and training and development for over 25 years. Shirley helped professionalize the real estate industry in South Africa by setting up training centres to train providers to allow agents to be qualified in their field heading up the leading training providers in the Country responsible for the mammoth task. Before that she was a director and human resources manager at one of the largest and leading IT Training companies with branches Nationwide. She has extensive business, management and leadership experience. Shirley has an Honours Degree in Psychology and experience in Human resources. Shirley manages
the business and all related aspects of Israel Properties by Stamelman & Partners.

Moshe Abelesz handles many of our investor relationships, and is focused on Property Management. Moshe was born and bred in England, but has been living in Israel since 1998. Moshe has had a successful career in Jewish education for over 25 years, teaching in high schools in both England and Israel, before moving to the Lookstein Centre in Bar Ilan University. Shortly after moving to Israel, Moshe started managing a number of properties. He has a portfolio of properties in Jerusalem, Bet Shemesh, Bat Yam, Modiin and other areas. Property management comes naturally to him as he has been doing it for over 20 years.

Sara Schaller is native Israeli who speaks English extremely well, and has more than 20 years experience in Israel Real Estate and Managing various projects in Israel. Sara is able to understand each client’s core requirements and will find the perfect match for her clients. By using her vast knowledge of the industry, contacts with the builders and the developers and the areas and her experience Sara will be able to Guide You Every Step of the Way and help you secure your future in Israel with property Ownership and Investment.

Daniel Danan is an integral part of the Israel Properties team, bringing both international perspective and strong local market expertise. Originally from Miami and now based in Beit Shemesh, Daniel has rapidly established himself as one of the top-performing agents in his class. Working across Israel, he provides clients with real-time market insights, access to opportunities nationwide, and highly responsive, detail-driven service.

In addition, Daniel heads up our key Rental Division, ensuring that our clients’ properties are professionally marketed, let efficiently, and positioned to generate strong and reliable returns. His ability to move quickly and strategically allows our clients to achieve rental income and ROI with confidence and speed.

Debbie Pfeufer is a valued and integral member of our Israel Properties team, combining deep real estate experience with genuine care and understanding for every client journey. Originally from Israel and having lived for many years in South Africa, Debbie brings a unique international perspective together with strong local insight. Now based in Jerusalem, and also serving as a Rebbetzin, she understands both the emotional and practical journey of buying a home in Israel.
