In a new project, this inspection takes place on handing over the keys, and the inspector will flag any concerns or changes needed. We will liaise with the developer to ensure changes are actioned. When buying an existing home, the inspector will flag any cosmetic/structural renovations needed. We will get cost estimates that will impact the purchase price, before a formal offer is made.
