Before founding Israel Properties by Stamelman & Partners, Toviyah and Shirley Stamelman built their careers in South Africa - one of the world's most highly regulated and professionally structured real estate industries.

Toviyah trained alongside some of the industry's leading professionals and developed expertise in every aspect of residential real estate, from sales and marketing to negotiation, advisory services, business management, and transaction structuring.

​

Over a career spanning more than 25 years, including more than 15 years as a business owner and principal, he became one of the region's leading independent real estate professionals, competing successfully against major corporate brands while earning recognition as a multi-award-winning and top-performing real estate agent.
