​Terms & Authorization

• I confirm that I am the owner of the property or am duly authorized to market and sell this property.

• I confirm that all information provided in this form is true, accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge.

• I confirm that any required consents from co-owners, companies, trusts, estates or other interested parties have been obtained.

• I authorize Israel Properties by Stamelman & Partners to advertise, market and promote this property through its website, social media platforms, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, property portals, referral networks, international marketing channels and any other marketing channels deemed appropriate.

• I authorize Israel Properties by Stamelman & Partners to use photographs, videos, floor plans, descriptions and information supplied by me for marketing purposes.

• I understand that marketing activities do not guarantee a sale, rental or specific selling price.

• I acknowledge and agree that if Israel Properties by Stamelman & Partners introduces a purchaser and/or is the effective cause of the sale of the property, Israel Properties by Stamelman & Partners shall be entitled to a commission of 2% of the final sale price plus VAT, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• I acknowledge and agree that such commission shall become due and payable upon the signing of a binding Sale and Purchase Agreement.

• I acknowledge that commission shall be payable where the purchaser is introduced directly or indirectly through Israel Properties by Stamelman & Partners, its agents, associates, referral partners, website, advertising, social media, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, international marketing activities or any other marketing channel operated by Israel Properties.

• I consent to being contacted by Israel Properties by Stamelman & Partners regarding the marketing and sale of this property.
