Carmei Gat is a young, family-driven "startup community" where residents are actively building the culture from scratch. The population primarily consists of families in their 20s to 40s. We are seeing a growing trend of parents moving to the area to be near their children and grandchildren.
Our local clients made Aliyah almost 10 years ago recently traded a life in Ra'anana for a beautiful cottage-style home here for half the price to be near children and grandchildren.
